Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

JETech Labs ships out subscription boxes on a monthly basis. Each box is carefully packaged and dispatched to your doorstep, ensuring timely and consistent delivery throughout your subscription period.

Shipping Costs

  • For our Canadian customers, we offer discounted shipping rates

  • In the "One-Time Payment Plan": If you opt for the one-time payment plan for the consecutive 6-months, you only pay $15 for shipping for the entire period. We will cover the rest of the shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Please allow 7-9 business days for delivery once your box has been shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your box is dispatched. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

Address Changes

To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please make sure your shipping address is up-to-date. Any changes to the shipping address should be communicated to us at least one week before the next box is scheduled to be shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jetechlabs@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement box if necessary.

International Shipping

Currently, our discounted shipping rates apply only to Canada. For international customers, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be longer for international shipments.
